Elkay's name comes from its founders: Leopold Katz, his son Louis, and tinsmith Ellef Robarth, who started the company in 1920 with three employees hand-fabricating sinks on Chicago's Near North Side. That's grown into the largest sink manufacturer in the world and America's number-one selling stainless steel sink brand, with the Katz family staying involved for a full century before Elkay joined Zurn Water Solutions in 2022 to form Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.
A hundred years of sink-making shows in the range: stainless, fireclay, and quartz sinks built for real kitchens, laundry rooms, and baths, not just showroom good looks. Elkay covers both ends of the job, too — commercial-grade sinks built for restaurants, offices, and heavy daily use, alongside residential lines that run from everyday options up to genuinely luxury pieces. On display at DJ Bath + Plus. Elkay is one of our stocked collections.
