MTI Baths

MTI Baths' line runs across four collections — MTI, Acquabella, MTI Solutions, and Reliance® — spanning tubs, sinks, and shower bases in soaking, freestanding, air, alcove, jetted, drop-in, undermount, and walk-in styles. Materials range from SculptureStone®, the company's own solid, mostly organic composite, to DoloMatte® and Acrylic CXL®, with mineral-composite pieces finished in a chemically bonded coating for extra durability. Every piece is built to order — including custom integrated counter-sinks — with most orders shipping within 7 business days, among the fastest turnaround times in the industry, and backed by a lifetime warranty MTI has offered since 2003, when it became the first tub manufacturer to do so.

MTI Baths was founded in Georgia in 1988 by J.C. Henry under the name Mr. Tubs, starting out by retrofitting purchased bathtubs with whirlpool systems before Henry acquired his own manufacturing facility in 1990. Kathy Adams, who joined as CFO in 1994, led an employee buyout of the company in 2001 and spent the next two decades as president and CEO tripling tub sales and pushing the brand toward the luxury, design-driven market; the company adopted the MTI Baths name in 2011.

In 2022, MTI joined The Engineered Stone Group, continuing to operate as an independent brand out of its Sugar Hill, Georgia headquarters.
