Whether you walk in or schedule ahead, you'll be welcomed into a showroom built for exploration — curated vignettes rather than warehouse-style aisles, so you can see and handle finishes, proportions, and mechanisms in person rather than guessing from a catalog photo.

A design consultant works with you one-on-one, acting as a guide for your project rather than a salesperson for a single purchase. Bring along plans, photos, or even just a general sense of direction — nothing formal is required, and if you're starting from scratch, a few questions from our team will help narrow things down.

Trade professionals — designers, architects, and contractors — can also request product samples and spec packages to bring back to a project.

Once your initial visit is complete, the process doesn't require repeated trips to the showroom — we continue by email, phone, and video as needed. Quotes and spec packages can be sent by email, and we can loop in your contractor or other construction professionals directly if they have questions about a quote or need to coordinate delivery. We also stay available to help if questions or issues come up at installation or afterward — the goal is to stay responsive throughout the whole process, not just through the initial visit.
